  • Please note that your registration will only be considered complete upon receipt of payment.
  • The participant fee includes access to presentations, hands-on sessions, the exhibition, conference materials (if provided), along with refreshments and meals as detailed in the agenda.
  • Please be aware that participants are responsible for covering the costs associated with travel, accommodation, and other related expenses.

Policy on Refunds, Substitutions, and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy

    Please note that registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be reversed under any circumstances once they have been remitted.

  • Substitution

    You may substitute the initially registered participant with a business colleague or co-worker from the same organization. If you choose to do so, kindly notify us by sending a message to sapalmsummit@shobizresponse.com.

  • Event Cancellation Policy

    SAP reserves the right to cancel the event under certain circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, unavailability of the venue at short notice, or insufficient participant numbers to cover costs. Force majeure is understood to include situations where SAP is unable to provide the service due to unforeseeable external events that cannot be prevented despite exercising the utmost care and cannot be mitigated economically. Examples of force majeure include natural disasters, political crises (e.g., war), terrorist conflicts, strikes, as well as epidemics, pandemics, and comparable situations.

    If SAP is compelled to shorten or cancel an event that has already commenced due to force majeure, participants are not entitled to a refund of any participation fees already paid.

    In the event of cancellation, participants will be promptly notified, and refunds for any participation fees paid will be processed within 14 days. SAP will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses, or loss of working hours.

COVID Guidance

Kindly be aware that attending the event in person is voluntary. SAP does not accept any responsibility regarding COVID or any other health-related matters. We will keep monitoring the situation closely. Changes to this guidance and requirements are subject to our sole discretion, without any additional liability, and may be adjusted to comply with updated guidance from local laws, regulations, and SAP's respective local COVID protocols.

During the SAP ALM Summit APAC 2025, we plan to capture photos and video recordings. SAP's Privacy Statement details how personal data collected from participants is managed. If you do not consent and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing via email at sapalmsummit@shobizresponse.com.
